Night of the Whirlygig
"Friendship Station" was the name of our camp at a local music festival on Texada Island. The name stuck around and became the theme for a body of work later that year. I wanted to focus on the characters within a setting. This is when I started to incorporate collaged animal characters in to my paintings on wood.
